We’re excited to have you on board.
Sortelle AI is designed to help you manage your leads with less effort and more consistency. Now that your system is fully set up, this guide will walk you through where to find everything and how to make the most of your tools.
Step 1: Log In to Your Dashboard
To access your Sortelle AI dashboard, go to:
Login URL: https://login.sortelle.com
Use the email and password provided to you during onboarding.

In your dashboard, you’ll find:
Leads inbox
AI chat history
Booking tools
Settings to adjust your tone, filters, and preferences
Step 2: Check That Your Gateway Is Running
Your Sortelle AI Gateway powers SMS automation by connecting your Android device to the platform. If you're using your own phone, confirm the following:
The Gateway app is installed from https://get.mysmsgateway.app
You scanned your QR code during onboarding
The app is allowed to run in the background and has full permissions

Step 3: Explore Your Dashboard
Take a few minutes to explore the key areas of your dashboard:
Leads Inbox
AI Chat History
Training Center
Settings > Preferences

Step 4: Start Training Your AI
Your AI assistant is already active, but you can improve its accuracy over time by:
Upvoting responses you like
Downvoting replies that don’t fit your tone
Adding your own custom responses under Settings

Step 5: Use the Mobile App
To access Sortelle AI on your phone, install the mobile app:
iPhone: App Store → Search “LeadConnector”
Android: Google Play → Search “LeadConnector”
Log in using your Sortelle AI email and password. Enable notifications so you can receive lead alerts in real time.
