Accessing Your Dashboard and Managing Leads & Conversations
Your Sortelle AI dashboard is where you'll view incoming leads, review AI responses, and respond manually when needed. This guide walks you through how to log in and manage conversations on both desktop and mobile.
1. Log in to Your Dashboard
Go to login.sortelle.com and enter your login credentials.

2. Access the Conversations Tab
Once logged in, click the Conversations tab from the left-hand menu. This is your main inbox for new lead messages.
Here you’ll see:
The lead’s name and number
Their message history
Your AI assistant’s replies
Suggested responses and reply timestamps

3. Review and Reply to Leads
You can choose to:
Let the AI continue responding automatically
Pause the AI if needed
Manually jump in and reply yourself
How to Pause the AI:
Click the settings icon on the message thread and toggle the AI assistant off. You can resume it later after responding manually.
4. Mobile App Version
In the Sortelle AI mobile app, tap the Conversations icon at the bottom of your screen.
Just like on desktop, you can:
Review incoming messages
See what the AI replied
Reply manually if needed
Give feedback on the AI’s response

5. Training from the Conversations Tab
You can give instant feedback by using the thumbs up/down icons on each AI message. This helps improve future responses automatically.

6. Pro Tip: Check Message History
Click into any lead to view the full chat log. This gives you context before responding or making changes.
