Navigating Your Dashboard
Once you're logged in, your Sortelle AI dashboard becomes your mission control. It’s where everything comes together—conversations, calendar, client records, and your AI. This guide walks you through each section so you can navigate with confidence.
Desktop Dashboard Overview
This is the first screen you’ll see after logging in. From here, you can manage incoming leads, monitor AI conversations, view your schedule, and access client data.
Left-Side Navigation Menu
Your sidebar is your shortcut panel. It includes:
Conversations: Chat history and AI interactions
Contacts: Lead and client profiles
Calendar: Appointment bookings and availability
Opportunities (Pipeline): Track where leads are in your funnel
Automation: Backend workflows (view-only for most users)
Settings: Control preferences, AI personality, and more
Conversations Tab
This is where all lead interactions flow. You’ll see:
Lead names, phone numbers, and timestamps
Message history
AI responses and suggestions
Thumbs up/down buttons for training feedback
Calendar Tab
Your calendar keeps track of all upcoming bookings. This syncs with the public calendar link your clients use.
You can:
View and manage scheduled appointments
Reschedule, cancel, or take notes
Sync with Google Calendar
Contacts Tab
The Contacts tab stores everyone who’s interacted with your AI or booked an appointment. From here, you can:
Add or view tags
Check notes left by the AI
Review history of bookings and chats

Give your AI more feedback here to help it improve how it interacts with different types of leads.
Mobile App Navigation
Prefer managing everything on your phone? The Sortelle AI Gateway is also accessible via mobile through the LeadConnector app.
To get started:
Download LeadConnector on iOS or Android
Log in with your Sortelle AI credentials
Tap the ☰ icon (top left) to open the navigation drawer
From your mobile app, you can:
Respond to new leads in real time
Monitor and manage calendar bookings
Access contact records
Send quick replies
Train your AI with thumbs up/down
